Hey,
I am using a different account on the new console but the packs were working just fine until two weeks ago. I’ve already contacted Xbox support and was told there was nothing they could do and was directed to reach out here.
I’ve also been seeing others recently having similar problems as me and I wanted to know if you have any knowledge of this being something EA will be looking in to?

2 years agoIt's sounding like your game-sharing isn't currently set up properly in this case- as game-sharing is an Xbox feature, that's something Xbox support would need to take a look into with you if that feature is no longer working for you.
