Playing on PC, Game failed to save, error code 0.

Received message stating "game failed to save. Error code 0" I am playing on PC with no mods only base game. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and the error pops up again and again. Can someone ...

Thanks for that I actually ended up resetting my game and that fixed it so not a great solution but at least I can play and save my game now.
