PlayStation Expansion Pack Trouble!

Hey!

so, I share my PlayStation with my husband and a few years back he brought me the city living bundle on his PlayStation account instead of mine by accident.. it worked fine for a while initially, I could play it along side the expansions I had brought however at some point over the years (I’ve dipped in and out of gaming, having babies and studying leaves no time for the sims) I’ve stopped being able to access the city living bundle on my account. Nothing has changed, both our accounts are set as primary on the PlayStation still, we both have PlayStation plus still I just can’t work out why it doesn’t work anymore .. or how to get it to work? I’ve deactivated and activated both account as primary on the console, restored licenses and nothing has worked. i miss the city living build mode items (I do not miss vlad who came in the bundle though)

anyone have any ideas or fixes?
