Please Help Sims 4 ps4 constant disconnection

I am a YouTuber who streams the sims 4 but as of lately everytime I stream or just play the game the error message below pop up and I get disconnected from my broadcast which causes my stream to end. I did all the troubleshooting steps and checked my internet etc and the problem is still occurring. I just downloaded the new pack wolf pack I suppose to stream tonight but again I may not be able to because of this issue. Please help me. Excuse any typos as well.
