Hey guys, I never had this problem before, but I can’t use a new save file. I have maybe 10-15 save files and I’m playing on ps4 and I have enough storage left:/
Also when this problem occured, I also couldn’t find anything in the gallery.
Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?

Yeah I'm having the same problem too. When in live mode my sims portrait is crossed out as well. And I can't find anything on the gallery too.

10 is the limit of save files you can have on PS4- if you're already using 10 slots, you'll need to delete an older one in order to create a new save file.
Can you provide a bit more detail on what's going on with the Gallery?
Oh okay thanks I didn’t know that. I thought u could have more.
so I have WiFi, also ps plus and when I lock in the gallery I can search whatever I want nothing I showing up, no objects, rooms or creators
