[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

Is anyone have problems with the gallery like on console  play on ps5 and it won’t open it’ll say “Open your library” instead of “Open the gallery” I tried everything at this point and now I’m just confused.

Yes I'm having the same problem the game won't let me claim the event gifts and says I'm not connected to the internet on top of not being able to access the gallery
