Hey all,

This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

I recently got in touch with ea help to see if they could shed some light on the issue as nobody ever responds on here only to be told its not even being looked into absolutely shocking

@mumofharry QA was looking for saves. I'm not sure why the helpdesk told you it wasn't being looked into since the QA team is aware of this and wanted saves.

They said its not on any list of known issues so isn't being looked into they agreed that it should be looked into but said it was most likely closed because it had been patched before im not sure where they get there information from but no one from maxis will give me an answer as to if its being looked into or not i really feel im not getting anywhere tbh
