Hey all,

This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

@Parkerbell95Yeah ive been having freezing issues for a while even b4 the new pack not as bad as yours by the sound of it mine would freeze when i first loaded into game like opening gallery or i would be able to load household then it would freeze but it would work fine when i reloaded the game again i decided to start a new game mainly because i was having crashing issues when travelling and exiting bb because like you I wanted to play the new pack and also i didn't want to rerenovate all the houses id built in my old save and tbh starting a new game was the best thing my game runs really well now no freezing or crashes and the load times are quicker too

@mumofharry This is the first freezing issues i've had, I used to get a lot of crashing issues, like when I accessed the gallery. But now it's just freezing ever since the latest update. I started a new game, I had success like you did too but I can't access the gallery, it'd just freeze. The amount of time it takes to load up the game entirely is overwhelmingly slow as well since the latest update. Ugh - it's so annoying!
