    Hey all,

    This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

    Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

My game keeps crashing during save and it crashes if progress where an auto-save happens. I just bough 4 game packs and now it crashes which is VERY INFURIATING makes me think this game is a waste of money…I’m on ps4 and I have all game expansions except for the stars wars pack and realm of magic pack. I don’t use mods. I tried uninstalling reinstalling everything checking for updates. Deleting the auto save file and then manually loading a saved game (not the auto save). It still crashes after a save or auto-save. It’s up-to date and it’s version 1.42

    I'm in the same boat. Just spent like $40 on new packs. (now own just about all of them expect magic and like one other) and I can't even play the damn game. This isn't the first time a bug made this game unplayable. Really getting sick of it. I don't know if it's auto saves or random. Sometimes it crashes as soon as I load into the save file. Other times when I'm building. Or I'm moving around the map look at different worlds. Really annoying.

    EDIT: I'm on the PS5 and I don't think it's during auto saves. I just loaded up the game, went into the options from the main menu. (wanted to see if you could turn off auto saves) and when I tried to back out of the menu, it froze.

    I see you posted this about 10 hours ago and no reply from EA. Typical

        @TygerNight The directions are linked in the first post. You need a flash drive to move your save from your PS4, upload the save to onedrive or google drive using the PC. Send the link to your save to the SimGuru.
