PS4 keeps telling me to connect to network even though my connection is great

No matter how many times I close this pop up it keeps coming up saying I need to connect to the PlayStation network even though I am and my connection is wonderful. I've never had this issue before and now it's happening all the time. It's making the game almost unplayable. I wish I could find a solution because I like looking at the gallery also and this makes it almost impossible.

    Check if an Update is aviable for the Game.
    Go to Sims4, click <Option> on the Controller, then select Check for Updates.
    Once the game is updated, this message should no longer appear.

    My game is up to date. This has been happening for awhile now. At least since this last summer. I wish I could figure this out.

    Do you always leave the PlayStation in Sleep Mode?
    Shut it down completely. Is the Console up to date? 
    You write your Internet is good. How did you connect the PlayStation?
    With Ethernet cable or WLAN?
