PS4 keeps telling me to connect to network even though my connection is great

No matter how many times I close this pop up it keeps coming up saying I need to connect to the PlayStation network even though I am and my connection is wonderful. I've never had this issue before a...

My game is up to date. This has been happening for awhile now. At least since this last summer. I wish I could figure this out.

Do you always leave the PlayStation in Sleep Mode?
Shut it down completely. Is the Console up to date?
You write your Internet is good. How did you connect the PlayStation?
With Ethernet cable or WLAN?
