PS4 Sims won't let me Reconnect Online

My sims 4 game won't let me connect on my ps4. I tried to reconnect online capabilities and still having trouble. I have wifi in my house and internet access. SO why can't I use my game to gain acces...

    I was able to gain access to online gallery yesterday when I played on my ps4.
