[PS4/XB1] Updating Graphics Settings Message

so the loading screen that claims to adjust the graphics that pops up but when it tries it makes the graphics worse at first it can start off normal or a little fizzy but then when it pops up that’s when it goes bad traveling, saving, and going into cas can cause this as well  I tried everything that I can think of and nothing is working  I’m on console Xbox one this has been happening for a few months now ever since business and hobbies release please can this be fixed 🙏🏽😣
