ps5 i cant upload my lot to the gallery ,

Hey I’m a PlayStation 5 player, and I can’t seem to upload my builds to the gallery.

there’s no CC, no bans, not an internet issue,

I reset my router, I uninstalled the game, restored my licenses, made sure I do have PlayStation plus, my EA account is fully functional, linked and ban free etc. 

I don’t know what the issue is. I have been trying all week. 
when I try , no matter how I try, I get stuck in an endless buffering cycle. Even tested if it just needed time, left it overnight buffering, and it was still buffering late into the next evening..

if anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated!!!!
