Ps5 not connecting to the EA Network or the internet

Loged on today excited to do the reaper rewards but the game keeps saying I am not connected to the internet my PlayStation says I am connected my internet is fine I double checked I'm very confused about what is happening there is no update I do not see any maintenance notice is anyone else having this problem
