Purchased packs not available.

Packs that I have paid for are saying on playstation network that they're installed. However when I play the sims 4 they are not installed and are unavailable to be played with. I have restored my license for the game twice, even went as far as deleting and redownloading the entire game I have 93 files for this game. I dont know what else I can do storage isn't the issue either. Please help.

Hi Kuromimum & naturalbrit

Please try the following:

Restore the licenses on your console

Go to your Game Library

Scroll to Your Collection

Select The Sims 4

Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here

Select the DLC in this list and select Install

When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

Next, head into Marketplace-> My Collection-> Pack Selection and make sure your packs are enabled there.

If you're still not able to access your content, check the transaction history for your PS account to verify that you're logging into the same account these packs were originally purchased on.

Hello,
I purchased the Dream Home Decorator pack a few years ago. When I got on the game today, it stating that I’m missing content. It saying as follows, “1 required pack needs to be loaded/installed for this save. You will need to install these packs, and then restart The Sims 4.”
I purchased the game and if I continue to play without the pack all of my saves will be corrupted due to the missing items from the pack. How can I receive the add-on back? I am playing on the ps4 as well.
