Packs from Xbox haven't transferred to PS
Hi! I recently got a PlayStation 5, and I used to play Sims 4 on my Xbox One and had a lot of the packs purchased. Whenever I logged into my EA account on the PlayStation and also pressed the restore purchase option, none of my packs are showing up. Is it because I’m on a different console I won’t get my purchases back? Please help because I want to play but I don’t want to spend all the money I’ve already spent on the packs I owned, please help!

As each console uses separate storefronts, any purchases you made on Xbox would not transfer over to PlayStation. Your purchases are tied specifically with your Xbox or PlayStation account, not your EA account.
If you've swapped to a different platform, you'd need to repurchase any content.
