Question about City living and switching from Xbox Ultimate Game pass to PC Game

I was playing Sims 4 a few months ago on a Sims profile that had xbox game pass Ultimate and it included the city living expansion.  I have switched xbox accounts to a different one which only has the regular PC game pass but still includes the Sims 4 digital deluxe edition but my previous save file will not load because it included stuff from the city living expansion?  Is the City living expansion only included on the Ultimate game pass or was it removed all together from game pass?

    Hi there @yqol8ifi17tq,

    City living isn't included currently in Game Pass Ultimate for PC or Xbox- DLC is typically not included for most games on Game Pass. 

    Were you previously game-sharing with someone who owned City Living?

    I do not believe that it was being shared with anyone.  I don't know how I was able to use everything included in City living with only the Xbox ultimate game pass.  This was about 4-5 months ago but I haven't been able to find any information about it.
