Hey there @DinoP0ne 

Please try the following steps to be sure Cats & Dogs is fully installed to your console:

  • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
  • Press the Menu button on the controller
  • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
  • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC
