@EA_Solaire Thanks, I’ve tried removing a lot of lots from my library and so far the issue hasn’t resolved, but maybe I need to clear out even more storage space.
It seems that I get the error every time I try to overwrite an existing save file - after the error message the existing save file is gone but I’m able to save as a new save with no issues.

How many save slots are you currently using?
- @EA_Solaire I have 7 under My Saved Games. Is this too many? Most are backups so I could certainly get rid of a few… I’ve also noticed that the autosave doesn’t seem to be working normally.
We cleared up some storage space on the PS5 but I still have the same issue - is there anything else I could try?

7 is a large number of saves, please try deleting some of those save files you no longer need to clear up space on your console specifically for The Sims 4. If you have larger save files you can delete, please delete those as well as any you're no longer using.
