Absolutely nothing recommended worked and now I have lost everything. Five generations in several households gone! Months of, God playing wish I didn't have to play God, work gone!

I have been having the same problem for the last week. After the patch update to console I went back to see if the problem has fixed and it hadn't.
It's a complete pain, but I uninstalled and reinstalled my game and all packs and it seems to be working... for now.
Is it still working for you?
- @BreeDizzle7 I just did the same. All Sims content and cleared the cache of the console. Once reinstalled everything is working so far. I haven’t opened the Gallery. Have you been okay with using the Gallery?
Still broken. When I open gallery before starting the game(from the main menu) and then start playing it's fine. But if I open gallery in game is wont save anymore.
