Community ManagerIf you select both tiles of The Sims 4 from the main menu of your console, and go to "..." are you seeing an option to Select Version? Is one version showing as the EA Play Edition?
Yes, I have the “Select version” option. They both seem to be just standard editions; when I click “...” it offers me the EA Play edition (I don’t have EA Play therefore I’m unable to get it).
Community ManagerOkay, if both versions look the same, I'd recommend reaching out to PlayStation support so they can take a more in-depth look at the entitlements on your account and see why you've got 2 versions showing here. We wouldn't have access to look into your PlayStation entitlements or the content you've got on your PSN account to see what these 2 versions are, but PlayStation can look into this a bit further with you.
