I am having the same issue. Uninstalling and reinstalling now. I’ve been working on this project for a month and half the stuff is gone. What the heck?

Yes I’m on Xbox. No external and tons of space
@devinstration I've moved your post to it's own thread. You issue is most likely different than that other post you posted in as you do not use an external drive.
There are several reasons your pack(s) may suddenly disappear, loss of internet, logged in to the wrong account, billing issues.
There's a help thread that covers the most common reasons here.
I wasn't having an issue before, but now every time I try to save my build, I get a message saying "There was an error saving this lot to my library. The thing that really makes me mad is this particular build was saved to my library and now it's not there at all. What the heck? How can that happen? I've had that happen with another build as well. I've done a full shutdown, I've turned of the console and unplugged it and plugged it back in. I don't know what the heck to do. I spend too much time on my builds for them to just disappear or not be able to save them at all. I do use and external hard drive as well. Can someone help me figure this out please?
- @blessedangel1068 Your issue is possibly a corrupted library. Please place any lots/sims that you want to save from your library down into a game save as soon as possible. Once you have all the library saved items down in a save, delete the library file located in your saves folder on your console.
