Of course I can.

On PS4 and PS4 PRO the skin of all my sims look this way. So crappy and pixelated, totally low quality and resolution! Hope for a fix please we paid and still pay for this game!

I'm glad you specified that the thread was a year old, because the problem has not yet been fixed at all after all this time! everyone pretends it doesn't exist, it's so shameful... ☹️ it's as if sims' graphics is set by default to "low" and they are so ugly this way. We ask for a fix! I'm not the only one asking for this, you can search on the forum and see how much people have talked about this and still nothing changed!

The game has problems that make the game annoyingly playable on a daily basis, there are various drastical FPS drops that happen occasionally during we play.
The game often freezes for a few seconds, very frequently, it's so annoying.
There is lag and delay behavior that slows down the Sims' willingness to perform the actions that are ordered to them.
Sometimes sims freeze and reset (perform an animation in which they are straight and open their arms)
The overall fluidity of the game and the speed of it seems to be severely compromised especially if you have almost all the packages and expansions.

And the sims' graphic level is set to low.

Please optimise this game.
