Build/Buy mode and Live Mod Glitch/other random glitches I've been through

1. I have been through this problem twice before and although it gets fixed after a reset of my console(ps4) it is super annoying because my game loads super slow, so it takes like 10-20 minutes for me to reset and fix the issue. When going into build/buy mode, the button will only be clickable(I plug in an external keyboard and mouse btw) at the very bottom of the button and when in Build/buy mode you cannot go back into live mode as the button will not be clickable. Please fix this issue as it is super annoying. 
2. Going to work gets broken sometimes! This happened recently and what basically happened was my sim would not go to work. The debug button wouldn't work, the job career button wouldn't work, it wouldn't even bring up going to work in the cue. It never showed up and my sim basically lived normal life like she didn't have a job but was in her uniform 😐... I had to reset my console 
3. Obviously the newst glitch. NO PREGNANCY? NO DRAGGING DISHES AND TRASH INTO SINKS/TRASHCANS? My Sims refuse to put dishes and trash away as they'll pick it up and the action will automatically cancel so I have to put all trash in my Sims inventory, and hope my Sims will be able to clean dishes. The pregnancy thing is very obvious. Please, why don't y'all just put out a new updates to fix all issues? The Sims community would appreciate that more than some pack that'll probably break the game even more! I love this game but it need to desperately be fixed...
