@skinnyriah1 You can change facial structure and bodies in the "Change Sim" interaction on the mirror, or from Manage Worlds/Manage Households. You can push and pull anywhere on them to change their shape. I would be wary though about teens, especially the males if you are trying to make them bigger in the CAS because they look super odd when they age up and get their adult body.

For the body weight, I am uncertain what packs you own, but to make them thinner you can just have them jog or jog to clear mind, and to gain weight you can use Ice Cream or City Living foods, or Cake. The trait rewards store has weight loss/gain potions and also the Science Career has weight loss/gain serums.
