I'm on a ps5 and I'm dealing with constant crashing. especially going between build and live mode, or taking pictures. (selfies or otherwise)

@LathyrusLoon&nbsp;A couple bug threads for issues with those modes:

[ALL] Experiencing Bad FPS loss/Lag when taking pictures please use&nbsp;Huge FPS loss when taking pictures&nbsp;

I haven't experienced any crashing like this on my PS5, but the fps loss is very bad even on the newer system when switching from build/buy and taking photos. In build mode you can open the cheat bar and close it to clear the lag, and open the sim info panel in live mode to clear it on PS5. For photo's you can press the options button to pause the game to clear the FPS loss.

For your crashing, you can check to see that your save or console hard drive isn't too full. Try starting a new save to see if the issue persists. It could just be your save is too full of households.&nbsp;

Try simply powering down your console completely. The PS5 was touchy about rest mode, but perhaps they've patched it.

My game is up to date. my ps5 is up to date.I'm on console, so there is no way for me to use mods.&nbsp;yet, I have encountered over a dozen crashes in the last 30 minutes.&nbsp;Why. just. Why?

Tuesday: I still can't play at all.&nbsp;I can load outside the house by visiting. but going home crashes. loading to other areas also crashes.&nbsp;

@PoptartJuniper I generally turn off my ps5 when not in use, not rest.
I have less than a dozen played households. and less than 100 households in total but maybe if I cull all of those random townies and some of the premades that have been affected by neighborhood stories it will help?
