I'm on a ps5 and I'm dealing with constant crashing. especially going between build and live mode, or taking pictures. (selfies or otherwise)

My game is up to date. my ps5 is up to date.
I'm on console, so there is no way for me to use mods.
yet, I have encountered over a dozen crashes in the last 30 minutes.
Why. just. Why?
Tuesday: I still can't play at all.
I can load outside the house by visiting. but going home crashes. loading to other areas also crashes.
