What platform are you on, and are your packs showing as locked or unowned as well? 

@EA_Solaire Im playing on ps4 is shows i own it but it also has a lock on it

@EA_Solaire My realm of Magic and Strangerville wont work even though it says i own them (Strangerville says i need to update but when i tried to update the game its already up to date

Thanks, and did you look over the transaction history for your PlayStation account to be sure you're logging into the same account that these packs were originally purchased on? 

@EA_Solaire Yes i see it also has a lock on them when i go to the main screen of my ps4 if that makes since

Okay, in that case you'll need to reach out to PlayStation support so they can review your account and billing information to see what's going on with your packs- here we wouldn't have visibility into any purchases you've made from the PlayStation Store to investigate into this further.
