Reaper rewards

I’ve tried playing the Ripper rewards event. I’ve only been able to complete week one. Week two completed the second quest line before I could complete the first quest line. The quest line disappeared and now we’re on week three and I have no quest lines. I have tried starting a new game doesn’t show up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled base game all 16 expansion packs, all 12 game packs, all 20 stuff packs, and all 33 kits. I’ve played the Sims for 20+ years and I have expected issues with the game but not like this. Can somebody please help. Thank you in advance
