[S] Cannot “Take Vacation” on Expansion Pack Seasons
Hello, I have the expansion pack [S] Seasons for The Sims 4. I play it on PlayStation 4 Console. I’ve had the expansion pack Seasons for 3 weeks now. 3 days ago I tried “Taking a vacation” for the first time to travel to the other world and when I opened up the cell phone or click on the computer, it did not give me the option to “Take a vacation”. I talk to a Tech Support person today and they sent me an email about troubleshooting. I did a System Update, I Restored the license, I Deleted and Redownloaded the DLC, I even Created a New PSN account. All of those things did not work, so I spoke to another tech support person and they told me to post it on Forums. Everything else works on the Expansion pack, It just doesn’t give me the option to “Take Vacation” on the Cell phone or Computer. I’d appreciate it if you or Anyone could help me.
Ok so from the packs that you say you have you wont have the option to take a vacation. You would need to have "Outdoor Retreat or Jungle Adventure" DLC to be able to take a vacation from your phone or PC. I know that "Get to Work" has a PTO option to take a day off from work but that's different from taking an actual vacation. I hope this info helps. Thanks!
