@xLightJupiterx Were you offline? Your game saves don't resync from the cloud if you have gone offline.

I wasn’t offline and I made sure multiple times that I was on the right account, although I do remember that when I was saving the game it said saved game not completed, so I shut the game off and reloaded back in to see if it saved and everything was still there so there was no problem until now
- @xLightJupiterx If you haven't, power your console down completely, unplug it and let it sit for a minute. Plug it back in and then relaunch Sims. If you are receiving an error code at all please let me know.
Deleted saves are something that comes up on this forum often enough for XBox users. If you can't load the backup from the cloud, I do not believe they can be recovered. If you continue to have issues with saving, sometimes you need to delete items from your gallery to make room for more data. Or you may need to uninstall and reinstall the game to fix any corrupted game files.I did everything u said to do and it’s still not there, and I loaded into a different saved game and it saved fine so I guess my masterpiece is gone forever.
