I am trying to submit a new bug but when I press submit the page just jumps back to the top.

EA StaffHi @ThaVirginMary,
Please, make sure you have filled all the fields on the form. Keep in mind you also need to write in the big text box after the form, to be able to Submit the new report.
If that doesn't help, could you let me know if you are getting any error messages when you press 'Submit' button?

- Yes I did all of those things. No message appears. Once I click submit, the page jumps back up to the top.

Thanks @ThaVirginMary. That's indeed a strange behaviour. Do you have Answers HQ set in English (does your 'Reply' button say 'Reply'?)?
Would you be able to try to open the report using another browser? That would be helpful to try to find out what's going wrong.

- Yes I am submitting a new issue so it says submit at the bottom of the page. Not reply. I use safari I'll try on Firefox and see if it works. Thanks.
