Sims 4 - Xbox One Issues/bugs

My main issue is the "Mouse/Cursor" sensitivity. Im a very irritable person when it comes to these small things, I spent almost 50$ on a ge i already have on PC thinking I would play it more on the XBox One only to find i cant even get through the CAS with out wanting to quit the game!!!!
