Sims 4 - Xbox One Issues/bugs

Since yesterday's patch 1.05 I have the following UI issues:

• can't reliably sell stacks of items via the X/Y combo - tried pressing each one  a bit before the other, both at the same time or with a little delay. The "sell stack" popup showed about 1 time out of 10
• had a bubble menu upen on a random sim and got one of the "there's an event - lets have 681 sims call me the moment the notification about it happens" calls and the UI just glitched about. I was unable to reliably change focus between UI and cursor, had the bottom right bar, the bubble menu and the phone active at the same time. When i moved the cursor I could see the selection on the bubble menu and the bottom right bar change, but the A/B buttons only worked with the bottom bar. When the ringing ended and during the ringing I was unable to close the bubble menu - the sim wasn't even there anymore because he left the park. After multiple attempts and button pushes I finally regained control of the cursor. The "phone is ringing, UI is crazy" thing was there before but with the new patch it got way worse.
• the grim guitar is on the home screen, but it is not enabled and not to be found in buy mode. After playing when I navigate back to the main menu it is colored.
