Sims 4 Cats & Dogs Pack
Today I bought the cats and dogs expansion packs as well as the city living. the city living seemed to install fine, but my cats and dogs pack wasn't showing any of the items in build mode, so I went to settings in the game and it said “expansion pack unavailable”. I went to Microsoft store and it was installed, so I reset the game, uninstalled the pack and reinstalled it, and it still isn't working. Does anyone know the solution to this?
Hi there pxvrfutvl834 with the menu button (has 3 lines on it) select Sims 4 on your Xbox home screen and go to manage game and add-ons. Take a look through your Sims packs there and make sure the box is checked next to the pack. If not then check the box and select Save Changes. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the full game and all packs.
A couple of other things to try, make sure that your console is up to date in Settings>System>Updates. Also make sure that you have enough storage space in your console for the pack by checking Settings>System>Storage Devices as it won't download if you don't have sufficient memory space.
