Sims 4 cats & dogs (ps5)

Hi all - I need help with my game. 

I’ve had an Xbox for awhile but decided to switch back to ps5. I downloaded sims 4 and tried to install all of my owned packs : 

• cats & dogs 
• cottage living 
• get to work 
• island living 

• my first pet stuff 
• blooming rooms kit 

• goth galore kit 

• vampires 

• discover university 

all my packs downloaded without any issues but once in game, I started creating my sims pet dog and noticed some of the customisation features i used to use aren’t showing up - for instance with the two pet packs you get two harnesses, only the shark fin one shows in game, and other CAS items from these packs aren’t loading. 

im still able to make dogs and cats, so the packs are installed I just can’t use the other cas items that came with those packs? I can’t find any help online. Again I’m on ps5, so can’t reset my game like others can on PC. Any help would be great. 

I’ve already uninstalled all packs and main game and redownloaded but no luck
