I've split your post into it's own thread to avoid necro-posting.
Can you tell me which platform you play on, and what error message you see when you try to connect online to the Gallery please?
I am using Xbox Series Sl. It says "Unable to go online There is no internet connection available. Please make sure you have a working internet connection to access online content.
