Sims 4 crashes after sign in Xbox one

My Sims 4 game is frustrating me. Since the new update my Sims 4 game will not load after I sign in. It crashes. I re installed it. Everything even my packs. I restarted my console multiple times. I went into offline mode. I just have no idea what to do.

  • So I factory reset my Xbox and redownloaded the sims 4 again! It finally worked... And the new update looks so WEIRD!

After talking to Xbox support they recommended I buy the newest version of Xbox because they no longer support the Xbox ones. I'm assuming this is probably what I'm going to have to do after every Sims update. Factory reset and delete everything.

No error code! I just factory reset my Xbox and I'm redownloading again. I really hope this works if not I feel like giving up on the Sims 4...
