This doesn't fix my issue. I purchased the Cats & Dogs expansion pack today. I was initially able to install it and play it. A few hours later when trying to play again the expansion now shows on the Sims 4 home screen to load game as "not owned". I have uninstalled and reinstalled the expansion pack and that did not resolve. Lastly I have uninstalled and reinstalled the original Sims 4. Now if I login on accounts.xbox/mygames I can see the purchase of the expansion pack and have the option to "install on my devices" but it does not install anything. In the play store on the xbox it does not give me the option to install the expansion pack, only to purchase it again. This is extremely frustrating.
