Sims 4 Expansion Packs wont transfer PS5 to PS4

I have downloaded almost all packs on a PS4 over the years, but I recently downloaded Growing Together on my brothers PS5 under my playstation account. The PS5 was able to download all my packs, as well as Growing Together. However, when I went back to college and started playing on my PS4, it wanted me to buy Growing Together again. Is there a way I can transfer it since I already bought it under the same account?

    Thanks for checking, in this case you'll need to get in contact with PlayStation support so they can look over your account's transaction details further with you and see what's going on with this purchase.

    Hello @sidneysessom,

    Please restore the licenses on your PS4 following the steps here. If you're still being prompted to purchase Growing Together, please check the purchase history on your PlayStation account to verify if you've bought Growing Together on your own account instead of your brothers.

    I just restored the licenses on my PS4 through settings and it still wants me to buy it. Under my purchase history it says I bought it under my account. What else can I do?

    Was this ever resolved? I'm trying to access the sims 4 add ons I bought on PS5 on the PS4. Playstation says they are installed but don't show up in game.

    Help please 😭
