Sims 4 for PS4 not working
Hello, so I’ve been trying to reach out to you guys for the longest! I’ve paid $50 for both season expansion pack & sims high school years expansion pack & neither works!!! I have a PS4 it says I own them but why are they bot working?? The clothes that come w. the packs are all gone I need help this had been going on for almost at month! Play station couldnt even help me

It looks like your DLC isn't currently installed on your console. Please try these steps:
- Quit the game if you have it running.
- Go to your Library.
- Choose Purchased.
- Select The Sims 4.
- Scroll down to Playstation Store and open My Add ons.
- Find High School Years in the list and start the download.
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart your game.
