Sims 4 game crashes when saving and all progress is lost everytime on Xbox one

Hey there, @LilyFlowerNay95.

If you have tried all the steps previously, and you know your Xbox Live login information, another thing you can try is to delete and re-add your gamertag to your console. This can help with refreshing our licenses without uninstalling the game itself. Can you give that a try and let me know how it goes for you?

@EA_Arrenai We need a fix ASAP for this issue players have put too much time and money into this game and not be able to play its extremely frustrating and has gone on for way too long!! Ive reported this issue so many times I've lost count and I am becoming very impatient with waiting for an actual fix.
