BLACK PHOTO GLITCH

I am currently playing the Not So Berry Legacy challenge and I like to take photos of my sims to hang in their houses. After not playing the save for a while, I come back after the latest update to find all of my photos black. I have tried numerous ways to replace the photos or even the whole lot to no avail. (Please note I play on Xbox, so the new update feature of different versions of the same save game do not apply, unless i just can't find that option) Sometimes the black out photos will not let me download or place the lot, stating there was a data error. It has also given me trouble on the gallery saying I do not own my packs. I have had to reinstall multiple packs and reload my game as it takes away my sims CAS items and house items. 

I am most concerned about getting my photos back!!! Any tips are welcome!
