Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know
What happens when the bug occurs? When I open my game
What do you expect to see? It stop doing what it does
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I owned island living then next time I play sims it said I don’t owned it

It sounds like Island Living isn't currently installed to your Xbox- please run through the following steps to be sure everything is fully installed:
- Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
- Press the Menu button on the controller
- Select "Manage Games and Add-ons"
- You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC
