Sims 4 Library won't open (PS4)

Steps
Start New game.
Choose Sims from library. Notice a slightly longer load time for library.
Move in household to empty lot.
Go to Built Mode
Chose lot from library
Edit it
Save it to library
Exit to main menu without saving

Start New game
While in Create a Sim open My Library

Either the load becomes insane or it never loads

Exit to main menu doesn't help. The game must be fully closed and restarted
