Sims 4 on Xbox one says “unable to go online” w

When playing Sims 4 on my Xbox one I get pop ups telling me that I’m unable to go online and that there’s no internet connection available.   No issues on any other games and my Xbox live account and...

@AlisonJura Do you have a child account through EA? If so, you cannot access online features.
