Sims 4 on Xbox
on Xbox (Series X), and it’s honestly making the game unplayable.
Here’s what’s happening:
- Build/Buy mode is broken — I can’t use the Undo button (LT does nothing), can’t delete walls or furniture, and placing items doesn’t work right either.
- Cheats like bb.moveobjects and showhiddenobjects won’t work, even when testingcheats is on.
- I’ve started new saves, moved into different lots, and rebuilt from scratch, but the problems keep happening.
- I quit the game, deleted and reinstalled it, unplugged my Xbox, cleared my cache, and even deleted local saved data. Nothing has worked.
- And now the game also loads really slow, even on a clean save — but my Wi-Fi is perfectly fine and fast. I tested it and it’s not a connection issue.
At this point I’ve basically tried everything, but the game just feels corrupted or bugged beyond fixing. Is this a known issue from a recent update or pack? Or is there something else I can try?
I just want to be able to build and play like normal again 😩 Please help!
