Sims 4 parent hood pack

I bought this pack ages ago and I went onto the game yesterday and I no longer have the pack it's very strange it's saying I don't have the pack and to pay for it again it's very frustrating when I paid for it and now it's asking me to pay for it again when I 100% paid for the pack

    Hey there rsalmons​ 

    First, let's check that your DLC is fully installed to your console:

    • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
    • Press the Menu button on the controller
    • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
    • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC


    If you're still being prompted to purchase this pack, please look over the purchase history on your Xbox account to verify that you see the purchase there.
