Sims 4 Ps4 Crashes game at Library/Gallery

Well I tried what you suggested, I deletes all the save files, and from my ps4 completely. Then I re installed the game, dlcs, opened it, made a new game. Then I put my old save files back and it crashed again...
I think it's my save files, but idk why?? In no way am I gonna start all over again because I spent alot on those families and houses XC
Also, I pre-ordered cats and dogs for consoles, it downloaded today but it says I have to install it constantly despite that I got internet and restarted it 3 times ://
Well I think that if you back up your save and still haven't unloaded the library it's gonna keep happening because.... Even though I'm sure the update said it wouldn't happen,... The library is full in some way. I couldn't see where all the things I'd saved had gone but I knew I'd saved them. So I just gathered that for some reason they weren't showing up but still filling the library That's why I deleted everything to start again because I've been waiting for cats and dogs for ever and just thought I'd bite the bullet and start over. I dunno how you go into the library and just delete stuff. I couldn't see that feature. It's really the only way I can see out of it. I'm gonna have a mooch about and see if I can get to the bottom of it
I'm think that the only way to sort it is to just go through your library and choose a few things to delete with the old triangle button. Maybe just a few things and see if it frees it up a bit and stops the crashing. Really hope it's sorts out for you before cats and dogs😻

The problem is I DID delete all my creations of sims and houses in the gallery. Even some premade ones and it still does this.. At this point I don't even know what to delete cuz it's only the premade stuff on library now, and even there I had deleted some stuff
The game works fine, its just that I can't ever make and save a new sim or family without it crashing. So I'll just edit some random npc families if I want to make a "new family" Lol
